TERMS AND CONDITIONS – Licentiecode-Deal

Article 1 – Definitions

Entrepreneur: Licentiecode-deal, established in Arnhem, The Netherlands.

Consumer: a natural person who is not acting for purposes related to their trade, business, craft, or profession.

Digital content: data produced and supplied in digital form, such as license keys and software downloads.

Article 2 – Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to every offer and agreement between the entrepreneur and the consumer.

Article 3 – Offer

All offers are non-binding. Obvious errors or mistakes in the offer do not bind the entrepreneur.

Article 4 – Agreement

The agreement is concluded at the moment the consumer completes the order and the payment is successfully processed.

Article 5 – Delivery

Digital products are delivered immediately after payment via email or download link.

The consumer is responsible for providing a correct email address.

Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal (Digital Products)

The right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium.

By placing an order and ticking the checkbox during checkout, the consumer agrees to this.

Article 7 – Right of Withdrawal (Physical Products)

For physical products, the consumer has a 14-day withdrawal period, provided the product remains unopened and in its original condition.

Article 8 – Warranty and Conformity

The entrepreneur guarantees that the products comply with the agreement. If a product does not function properly, the consumer is entitled to a replacement or repair.

Article 9 – Liability

The entrepreneur is not liable for damages resulting from improper use of the product or failure to follow instructions.

Article 10 – Use of Licenses

Licenses must be used in accordance with the instructions provided. Use of unauthorized third-party sources may result in invalid licenses.

Article 11 – Payment

Payment must be made in advance using the available payment methods.

Article 12 – Complaints

Complaints must be submitted within a reasonable time via info@licentiecode-deal.nl. We aim to respond within 14 days.

Article 13 – Governing Law

These terms are governed by Dutch law.

Article 14 – Changes

The entrepreneur reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions.
